Once again a small concert form the music network “SONGS & WHISPERS”<\/a> in Bredbeck.<\/p>\n

First artist was Fred Raspail<\/a> a french chansonnier who sounded sometimes very american with his e-guitar, but the lyrics were french all the times. For our luck he told more and more about the songs before he continued to play.<\/p>\n

Then it became crowdy on the stage. Zen Elephant<\/a> from Bristol is a band with four musicians and with guest singer they were five.<\/p>\n

Three guitars and drums but also a banjo and a harmonica create more than simple folk songs. ‘Down the river’ became soon my earworm after I discovered this song on their website.<\/p>\n

As a photog I struggled with the ugly shadows created by the microphones and the low standing lights.<\/p>\n
